Wellen Acoustics is a trading name of HIKARI NOVA LLC.

1) Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

2) Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is fulfilled.

3) Shipping Transit Time (After Shipment)

Our estimated transit time for standard shipping within the continental U.S. is 7–12 business days after the order has been processed.

  • Total Expected Delivery Time: The total time from order placement to delivery is a maximum of 15 business days.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external events. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details regarding our 15-day delivery guarantee.

  • During high-demand periods (holidays), deliveries may approach the maximum estimated timeline.

4) Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are calculated based on the carrier's real-time rates (weight, dimensions, and destination) and will be presented to you at checkout before payment.

Promotional Shipping: We may offer promotional shipping options, such as Free Shipping, during specific periods (e.g., Black Friday). Any such promotions will be clearly displayed on the website and applied at checkout.

5) Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking details.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system after receiving the notification.

6) Wrong Address and Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.

  • Wellen Acoustics cannot be responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer is responsible for any secondary shipping fees required to resend the package.

7) Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  • After 15 business days from the order date, if you have not received your package, you may contact us to inquire about its status.

  • We will help track your order and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will follow the process outlined in our Refund Policy (replacement or full refund).
