Shipping Policy for Wellen Acoustics (United States Only)

Wellen Acoustics is a trading name of HIKARI NOVA LLC.

1) Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

2) Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is fulfilled.

3) Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated total delivery time for standard shipping within the U.S. is 7–12 business days from the order date, including order processing and carrier transit time.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external events.
  • During high-demand periods, including holidays and major promotional events, deliveries may occasionally take longer than the estimated timeframe.

4) Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping Cost: We currently offer Free Shipping on U.S. orders.

The available shipping method and applicable cost, if any, will always be displayed at checkout before payment.

5) Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking details.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system after receiving the notification.

6) Wrong Address and Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.

  • Wellen Acoustics cannot be responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer is responsible for any secondary shipping fees required to resend the package.

7) Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  • After 12 business days from the order date, if you have not received your package, you may contact us to inquire about its status.
  • We will help track your order and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will follow the process outlined in our Refund Policy regarding replacement or refund.
